Berry Chia Pud

Chia seeds are high in omega 3 which helps with brain function, reducing inflammation, aiding in digestion and keeping you full.
Ingredients
3 Tbsp chia seeds
3/4 cup almond milk
1 serve protein powder
1 cup fresh or frozen berries
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp maca powder
1 dollop of plain greek yoghurt or scoop of coconut kefir
Method
The night before…
Mix all ingredients together (except for the berries)
Leave in the fridge to set over night
Top with berries in the morning
