Berry Chia Pud

Watt’s good about it?

Chia seeds are high in omega 3 which helps with brain function, reducing inflammation, aiding in digestion and keeping you full.

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 3/4 cup almond milk

  • 1 serve protein powder

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen berries

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp maca powder

  • 1 dollop of plain greek yoghurt or scoop of coconut kefir

Method

The night before…

  • Mix all ingredients together (except for the berries)

  • Leave in the fridge to set over night

  • Top with berries in the morning
